 Looking for post Memorial Day plans? Come down to the 16^th annual Garden City Belmont Festival to celebrate the final leg of the Triple Crown.

The festival will be held on Friday, June 7^th from 6pm – 10pm, the night before the 145^th running of the Belmont Stakes at Belmont Park.

Don’t miss out on the Wing-Off Competition! Local restaurants will have the opportunity to compete to be named Garden City’s chicken wing champion. All attendees can participate in the tasting and judging of the contest with a donation of $5 – proceeds benefit local Hurricane Sandy relief efforts by the American Red Cross.

Sponsored by the New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) and Stifel Nicolaus Investment Services, the evening will consist of food, family friendly activities, live music, dance performances, and other entertainment to Seventh Street.
