Winter storm Nemo is headed our way! According to
newsday.com, a blizzard warning is in effect for all of Long Island and New
York City, starting Friday and continuing on into Saturday afternoon. The
estimated snowfall has increased to 20 inches and possibly more in certain
locations.
New York State officials are urging that commuters aim to
get home before the normal rush hour to ensure safety. The Long Island Rail Road
will be adding 8 additional East bound this afternoon to ensure all LIRR
customers get home safely.
