In an effort to help aid victims of Hurricane Sandy, NBC
will be broadcasting a benefit concert featuring artists that are native to
most affected areas from Sandy.
Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen, natives of New Jersey and
Billy Joel of Long island are scheduled to appear on the NBC telecast concert
on Friday night from Rockefeller Center in New York City. Other performers
scheduled to appear are Jimmy Fallon, Sting and Christina Aguilera.
The telecast proceeds will benefit the American Red Cross
and will be broadcasting on NBC, Bravo, CNBC, USA, MSNBC and E! Other networks
are encouraged and invited to join.
