Last Friday, Dina Lohan, a Merrick resident, was pulled over for drunken driving.
According to Newsday, mother of
actress Lindsay Lohan was said to be driving 20 miles per hour over the speed
limit on the Northern State Parkway.
Lohan must attend Hempstead’s First District Court on Sept. 24. Lohan was also given two summonses for driving while intoxicated.
Lohan’s attorney, Mark Heller tells Newsday, Lohan is aware of the severity of the matter and
understands the action taken by the Nassau PD.
Lohan was said to have been injured during her time of
arrest. However, after EMTs were called and evaluated Lohan she dropped the
allegation. (Newsday)
