On July 14, 2012, the Port Washington Fire Department hosted
the 2012 Nassau County Parade and Drill. The event which included a parade and
block party, involved more than 70 fire departments from the surrounding areas!
As well as the fire departments from Nassau County, a few
other attendees included the Fire Riders of Nassau County, the Nassau County
Fire Commission, and the Nassau County Firemen’s Association.
