One of Rodriguez’s attorneys told USA Today, the MLB purchased documents of Rodriguez from Bosch. The documentation provided information about Rodriguez’s injuries. A police investigation has been reopened to determine how MLB and the player’s association really obtained the documents.

The hearing could go for 10 straight days. MLB is trying to go through all the testimonies before Thanksgiving. They are also enforcing that Rodriguez cannot testify for himself. (USA Today)
