This past week, a Long Island man was arrested for murdering
his girlfriend. Jose Rodriguez III, shot Kimberly Sellitto, on the front lawn of
their home in Ridge Garden Apartments. (CBS New York)
Rodriguez then barricaded him and his two children inside
his home.
After nearly two hours, Rodriguez surrendered. According to CBS New York, he has been charged with
“second-degree murder and attempted aggravated murder.”
