The bikers rode in Halloween masks and face painting in
order to meet up at a location in North Bay Shore. Inspector Brown tells NBC New York social media was used to start
up the 10-mile stretch to the meet up.

be a part of the biker nuisance but were just their riding motorcycles and
scooters. Some report Suffolk County Police Department was too harsh during
their attempt to stop and penalize the bikers. Suffolk County PD defended
themselves saying the tactics were needed in order to stop the disturbance. (NBC New York)
